Who am I?
Sydney is a Singer, Dancer, Actor who is based in Boston. She was born and raised in Corvallis, Oregon (home of the Oregon State Beavers). Her mom encouraged her to audition for a local production of The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe when she was 8 and has been hooked ever since. When she is not on stage she loves to play with her dogs, bake cookies, hike in the forest, and hit golf balls.

Mortal Thoughts
Next, Sydney will be working in Cape Cod this fall on the stage adaptation of the 90’s movie Mortal Thoughts where she will be playing Joyce. The show is running from November 6th - November 15th at The Academy of Performing Arts in Orleans, Massachusetts. She is very excited for this opportunity and can’t wait to be back in New England.

The Lost Colony 89th Season
This past summer, Sydney spent time on the Outer Banks performing in the Lost Colony directed by Jeff Whiting as the Dance Captain/On-Stage Swing/ u/s Fire Dancer. She covered all of the female colonist tracks (14 different tracks) in addition to other tracks as needed. She learned a lot, including dancing with fire fans, and getting certified in 2 weapons with SAFD, all while hanging out on the beach of North Carolina.
Emerson BFA Showcase
On May 7th in Boston and May 14th in New York City, Sydney will be performing with her BFA Musical Theatre classmates for their senior Showcase. For more information, follow the link below.
Sweet Charity
On April 16th-18th, Sydney performed as Charity Hope Valentine in Emerson Stage’s production of Sweet Charity. She is so grateful to perform this iconic role for her last college production. Pictures can be found here.
